Common issues and how to fix them.
I purchased PRO but features are locked
- Go to DB Optimizer → License
- Click Recover license with your checkout email
- Click Sync now to force a heartbeat check
- Clear any object cache (Redis/Memcached) and reload admin
License shows as suspended
Common causes: failed payment on renewal, chargeback, or manual suspension. Update your payment method in the Stripe portal (linked from the License tab) or contact support.
Cleanup removed zero rows
This is normal when there's nothing matching the criteria — e.g. no expired transients, or no orders older than your age filter. Run Preview on Order Cleanup to confirm matches before expecting deletions.
Operation is slow on a large store
The plugin processes in batches of 500 rows with 200ms pauses to prevent timeouts. Large Action Scheduler or order tables can take several minutes — keep the tab open and wait for the completion popup.
